Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the operations team in organizing customer service chat data to improve metrics such as response rate, response time, and conversion rate; collect data from competitors to ensure a competitive edge in customer inquiries.
2. Assist the operations team in providing customer service for the store, handling pre- and post-sale issues, resolving customer complaints, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring the store maintains an excellent rating.
3. Manage store operations, including product listings, promotional setup, and campaign registration, to meet various operational targets.
4. Manage paid store promotions, including targeted in-platform Express Ads, Jingxuan Stores, and site-wide campaigns, to optimize and improve paid advertising performance.
5. Responsible for store content promotion, including on-platform promotional articles, live streams, and short videos, as well as off-platform channels such as Xiaohongshu and Douyin, to increase store and brand visibility.
6. Collect customer feedback, organize and analyze it to improve operational efficiency; gather and analyze data on industry competitors to enhance product competitiveness.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
1. Strong learning ability; must be proficient in product knowledge, which is essential for answering customer inquiries.
2. Goal-oriented; able to set high standards for oneself at work and improve sales skills.
3. Proficient in office software (Excel, Word) and e-commerce backend systems (such as Taobao Qianniu, JD Customer Service Manager, etc.); basic knowledge of Photoshop; able to modify images using templates.
4. Fast typing speed (\u226550 characters per minute); excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong service orientation; patient and meticulous; able to handle customer emotions appropriately and maintain a positive and optimistic attitude.
6. Bonus points for relevant work experience with Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo, or similar platforms, and familiarity with e-commerce platform rules.
7. Full-time associate\u2019s degree or higher.

Compensation and Benefits:
Work Hours: Monday through Friday plus one weekend day (26 days per month), 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (including a total of 2 hours for lunch and tea breaks)
