Job Description:
Image Display and Welcome Reception
Greet departing guests proactively, warmly and politely, and thank them, to ensure that guests can feel the honorable experience from entrance to departure.
Guest flow management and seat regulation
Skillfully operate the reservation system, accurately and efficiently arrange seats for guests, balance the flow of guests in each area, and ensure service efficiency.
Accurately and clearly communicate guests’ special needs (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, contraindications, etc.) in advance to servers and management.
Answer reservation calls and clearly answer basic inquiries about menus, events, venues, etc.
Identify and memorize the names, titles and preferences of regular and VIP guests, provide personalized greetings and services to enhance the sense of belonging of customers.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
Junior college degree or above, Airline\/Business English major\/Hotel Management\/Tourism Management major is preferred.
Decent features, cheerful personality, good smile affinity, good image quality, girls are required to be above 1.62 meters, boys at least 1.75 meters.<\/p>\n
