It was previously recognized by the United Front Work Department of the Shanghai Municipal Committee as an \u201cAdvanced Collective in Shanghai\u2019s United Front Work\u201d<\/span><span class=\"text_bpLNK J-lemma-content-lemma-text\" data-text=\"true\"> , and in January 2026, it was recognized as an \u201cOutstanding Case of the National Practice and Innovation Base for United Front Work Among Members of the New Social Strata\u201d<\/span><span class=\"text_bpLNK J-lemma-content-lemma-text\" data-text=\"true\"> .<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"para_KwhzH summary_DHnMr MARK_MODULE\" data-tag=\"paragraph\" data-uuid=\"ifata1suv9\" data-idx=\"\"><span class=\"text_bpLNK J-lemma-content-lemma-text\" data-text=\"true\">It began with founder Shi Haiyan personally going door-to-door to connect with white-collar workers<\/span><span class=\"text_bpLNK J-lemma-content-lemma-text\" data-text=\"true\"> and was registered as a social organization in 2012<\/span><span class=\"text_bpLNK J-lemma-content-lemma-text\" data-text=\"true\"> . In 2014, it pioneered the \u201calliance + project\u201d operational model<\/span><span class=\"text_bpLNK J-lemma-content-lemma-text\" data-text=\"true\"> , and developed a concentric circle organizational structure with the organization itself as the parent entity and central hub<\/span><span class=\"text_bpLNK J-lemma-content-lemma-text\" data-text=\"true\"> . Through its practical work, Haiyan Blog has developed \u201csocialized, networked\u201d working methods and a new \u201c4+X\u201d model for ideological and political guidance<\/span><span class=\"text_bpLNK J-lemma-content-lemma-text\" data-text=\"true\"> . Its innovative model was shared and promoted as a best practice at national-level working conferences<\/span><span class=\"text_bpLNK J-lemma-content-lemma-text\" data-text=\"true\"> . In April 2021, its physical space, the \u201cHaiyan Blog\u201d New Space, was unveiled at the Shanghai Public Welfare New World Park<\/span><span class=\"text_bpLNK J-lemma-content-lemma-text\" data-text=\"true\"> . Haiyan Blog has incubated and nurtured 20 subsidiary clubs, boasts over 50,000 active members, and organizes an average of more than 600 public welfare events annually<\/span><span class=\"text_bpLNK J-lemma-content-lemma-text\" data-text=\"true\"> . In 2026, it held its 20th-anniversary celebration and related carnival events<\/span><span class=\"text_bpLNK J-lemma-content-lemma-text\" data-text=\"true\"> .
