Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in in vivo pharmacodynamic studies for the screening of new anticancer and autoimmune drugs and conduct related research
2. Collaborate with supervisors to establish a new screening and translational medicine research platform for anticancer and autoimmune drugs
3.Record experimental results in a timely, accurate, complete, and scientific manner; review data, analyze issues, summarize experimental results, and draft research reports
4. Conduct literature searches and draft relevant research reports as required by the project
5. Supervise the work of researchers or technicians and regularly discuss project progress with supervisors

Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in a college or undergraduate program in biology, pharmacy, chemistry, basic medicine, or a related field
2. Familiar with fundamental concepts in biology, pharmacy, and chemistry; able to assist in establishing tumor/autoimmune models and conducting pharmacology and pharmacodynamics research under the guidance of a supervisor; capable of analyzing and interpreting relevant data
3.Strong ability to read and analyze scientific literature
4. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
5. No plans to apply for graduate school; able to commit to an internship of at least six months, five days a week
6. Open to animal experimentation

Compensation and Benefits:
Work Schedule: Regular Day Shifts
Work Location: Room 2009, Building 6, Free Trade Zone No. 1 Life Science Industrial Park, Pudong New Area, Shanghai
Internship Compensation: Daily wage of 100–150 yuan; the company also provides meal and housing allowances
