Warehouse Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the entire process of picking, boxing, packing, and shipping fresh produce gift boxes;
2. Assist with data entry into the warehouse system and order verification to ensure shipping accuracy;
3. Participate in inventory counts and merchandise placement to maintain 5S management standards in the warehouse;
4. Coordinate with cold-chain logistics operations to ensure proper packaging of fresh products such as hairy crabs;
5. Assist in processing returns and exchanges, as well as recording and reporting on abnormal orders.

Qualifications:
1. Associate’s degree or higher; outgoing, approachable, and responsible;
2. Able to adapt to a warehouse environment (alternating between ambient-temperature and refrigerated areas);
3. Meticulous and responsible, able to handle the workload during major e-commerce sales events.

Compensation and Benefits:
Housing: 3,200 yuan/month + 500 yuan meal card
No housing provided: 3,200 yuan/month + 800 yuan housing allowance + 500 yuan meal card
