Description
Job Description:
1. In-depth study of various positions in the restaurant, mastering basic operation skills and standards;
2. Learning and understanding of the company's corporate culture, service concept and food safety standards;
3. Assisting the Duty Manager in handling daily operation affairs, learning customer relationship maintenance and on-site crisis management.
Qualifications:
1. 2025 or 2026 full-time graduates with bachelor degree or above, major is not limited;
2. Strong interest and enthusiasm in the food service industry, recognizing the "home away from home" service concept;
3. Good teamwork spirit, with experience in student union, clubs, or project leadership is preferred;
4. Good listening and expression, able to communicate effectively with customers and team members; 5. Strong curiosity and ability to learn quickly, as well as keen insight and continuous self-driven and improvement.
