Job Description:
1. Assist with the daily operations and management of the e-commerce warehouse, including inventory management, listing new products, clearing out inventory, and order processing.
2. Manage and conduct inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
3. Participate in listing new products and clearing out inventory to ensure warehouse stock is replenished in a timely manner.
4. Handle order receipt, packing, and shipping to ensure orders are delivered on time.
5. Assist the warehouse manager with other ad hoc tasks, such as scheduling warehouse staff shifts.
6. Comply with all company rules and regulations and uphold the company’s positive image.

Qualifications:
1. Some experience in warehouse management or logistics management; familiar with e-commerce warehouse operations.
2. Proficient in office software such as Excel and WMS.
3. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset; able to accept and carry out various tasks.
4. Basic numerical and logical thinking skills; able to perform simple analysis and make judgments.
5. Passionate about logistics management and enthusiastic about e-commerce warehouse operations.
6. A plus: Relevant work experience with Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo, or similar platforms, and familiarity with e-commerce platform rules.
7. Full-time associate’s degree or higher.
8. Full-time position only; part-time applicants will not be considered.

Compensation and Benefits:
Work Hours: Monday through Friday plus one weekend day (26 days per month), 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (including a total of 2 hours for lunch and tea breaks)
Intern Salary: Monthly salary during the internship period = Monthly base attendance pay (90 yuan/day + 10 yuan/day for perfect attendance) + Performance (Contribution) Bonus (0–50 yuan/day) + Allowances (0–1,000 yuan) + Meal allowance of 15 yuan/day,Total: 4,000–4,500 yuan/month + performance bonus; after becoming a permanent employee, total salary is 6,000–7,000 yuan or more; outstanding employees receive a year-end bonus (currently, there is an annual year-end evaluation).
