Job Description:
Focuses on business process execution, contract and bidding support, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure efficient business compliance.

Qualifications:
1.Meticulous and rigorous document processing skills
Can quickly organize contracts, authorizations, qualification documents according to the template, and find obvious errors in format, date, amount, etc..
Familiar with PDF merge/split, scanned documents to text and other basic office operations, will use the enterprise WeChat / Nail / Flying Book document flow.
2. Basic business knowledge
Understand the basic elements of the contract (subject matter, amount, seal, term), or have a bidding process common sense (such as knowing what the "tender, sealed, original and duplicate").
Concepts of invoice types, payment process, and checking of invoices (experience in school accounting classes or community outsourcing projects is acceptable).
3. Ability to organize and track information
Ability to set up simple business ledgers (e.g., contract expiration reminder, qualification expiration date tracking), using Excel or online forms.
Good at filing electronic documents, clear classification, naming standards, easy to access at any time.
4. Communication and coordination awareness
Can assist sales or technical colleagues and customer finance, legal docking basic administrative affairs (such as changing invoices, stamps).
Encountered beyond the responsibility of the problem (such as compliance risk) is willing to report in a timely manner, do not take the initiative.
