Job Description:
Focuses on customer communication support, sales process follow up, technical product awareness, and is the bridge between the technical team and customers.
Qualifications:
1. Basic technical understanding
Can understand the basic concepts of "big model, intelligent body, AI security, operation and maintenance platform", not required to program, but can read the product introduction documents.
Ability to learn quickly and familiarize with the company's product lines and typical customer scenarios in a short period of time.
2. Communication and Written Expression
Standard Putonghua, good telephone/online communication etiquette, ability to clearly record customer needs and convey them to technical or sales executives.
Ability to write standardized meeting minutes, customer follow-up emails, and simple product introduction PPT.
3. Documentation and Data Processing Skills
Proficient in using Office (especially Excel pivot table, PPT layout), able to organize sales leads, customer information sheet, and bidding basic information.
Careful and responsible, able to check the basic information in the contract and quotation to avoid low-level errors.
4. Initiative and stress resistance
Willing to take the initiative to learn the industry knowledge (e.g. AI procurement process for government/corporate customers), able to adapt to short-term multi-tasking in parallel (e.g. follow up on the preparation of 3-5 small and medium-sized customers' information at the same time).
