Job Description:
1. Assist in planning public welfare event proposals based on project requirements; participate in pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event debriefing.
2. Collaborate with the team on the design and preparation of event materials, including proofreading and finalizing brochures, banners, posters, and other content. Assist in liaising with partners and volunteers to ensure smooth communication throughout all stages of the event.
3. Be responsible for on-site coordination and support during events, ensuring that all activities proceed according to plan and documenting feedback throughout the event.
4. Compile event data and materials, and assist with project archiving, organizing purchase invoices, and processing reimbursement requests.
Eligibility Requirements:
1. Unemployed individuals with local household registration: Between the ages of 16 and 35. Must have local household registration. Must currently be unemployed.
2. Students in their final year of study: Full-time students
at higher education institutions or secondary vocational schools in this city. Must be in their final year of study (i.e., their last year).
3. Unemployed graduates who have left school: Full-time graduates of higher education institutions or secondary vocational schools in this city. Must have graduated within the past two years and be currently unemployed.
Work Location: Shanghai Public Welfare New World Park and Event Venues
Internship Duration: 3 months
Attendance: Each intern must clock in and out daily; workdays are Monday through Friday
Working hours are 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
Internship Salary: Provided the required internship hours are met, the monthly salary starts at 2,192 RMB.
