Game Tester

Job Description:
1. Immerse yourself in the company’s games, gain in-depth familiarity with gameplay and core mechanics, and provide professional, patient support to online players from a player’s perspective. Efficiently resolve various in-game inquiries to enhance the player experience.
2. Proactively communicate new gameplay features, functions, events, and version highlights to players; accurately convey the game’s core appeal; and guide players to participate in in-game activities to enjoy the game.
3. Actively engage with players, proactively foster a relaxed and lively gaming atmosphere, build closer relationships with players, and enhance player retention and a sense of belonging.
4. Diligently record player suggestions, feedback, and game-related issues; promptly organize and share them with the relevant company personnel to support game optimization and upgrades.

Qualifications:
1. Full-time associate’s degree or higher; any major accepted. Must be passionate about games, have a strong interest in and keen understanding of games, and be willing to proactively delve into game content.
2. Fluent communication and expression skills; patient and responsible; able to listen carefully to player needs and respond efficiently to player inquiries.
3. Possess basic problem-solving and feedback skills; be meticulous and thorough in your work; and actively collaborate with the team to complete relevant tasks.
4. Strictly adhere to work hours, ensure consistent internship attendance, and take the internship seriously.

Compensation and Benefits:
Work Hours: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM (including a 1-hour dinner break); work six days, rest one day. Work and rest are reasonably balanced to accommodate both the internship and personal time.
Internship Benefits:
1. Internship stipend of 130 yuan/day + performance bonus, calculated based on actual days worked; total monthly compensation ranges from 4,000 to 13,000 yuan. Work six days, rest one (with compensatory time off); stipend for the previous calendar month is paid on the 15th of each month.
