Children’s Instructor

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality service to customers in accordance with the company’s service standards and work procedures;
2. Interact with children before the photo shoot to gain the trust of both customers and children;
3. Complete preparatory work before customers enter the studio, including cleaning and setting up equipment and organizing props; be responsible for arranging scenes, props, and lighting, as well as coordinating between different areas of the studio;
4. Assist the photographer in communicating with the children, using professional methods to inspire and guide them so that their expressions and body language meet the requirements of the photo shoot;
5. Be responsible for the baby’s safety throughout the entire session;

Qualifications:
1. Outgoing and cheerful personality; compassionate, patient, and empathetic; approachable; enjoys interacting with babies;
2. Possesses basic communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of teamwork and service, and a willingness to work hard.
3. Full-time associate’s degree or higher; preference given to candidates with a major in early childhood education or infant and toddler care.

Salary and Benefits: Internship period: 3,000 RMB/month + performance bonus; total 4,000–8,000 RMB/month
After probation: 7,000–12,000 RMB/month
Work hours: 8:50 a.m.–6:00 p.m., six days a week with one day off (fixed day off every Tuesday)
